But what I want to say in this weekly diary is not such king of academical education, but practical working skill education.
Education quality depend on coach on every field.
Education in office isnt an exception.
Unfortunately, some coaches doesnt notice that and doesnt make any effort.
Coaching skill is also one of working skill.
If coaching training doesnt work, new employees education depend on coachs own skill more and more.
That is education become completely genial, and the organizations sustainability is looking like suspicious.
Recently I feel that everyday.
My department manager is skillful coach, but his subordinate persons are not always good at coaching.
For example, we got new employee one month ago, but the trainer (Mr. S) couldnt teach essential working skills.
In conclusion, I think we should more take care about education with conscious not unconscious.
In other words, education need high level operations.
But incredibly a lot of people dont notice that fact.
